TKKYIA Goes International! Proud moment for TKKF!
Our delegation to China competed in the Soong Ching Ling Award for Children’s Invention, which drew over 46,000 entries. Out of this immense pool of talent, two of our teams made it to the finals and clinched top prizes:
🥈 Team Bio-Pac (Ngee Ann Polytechnic) – Silver Prize
🥉 Team Secure Seal (River Valley High School) – Bronze Prize
Both teams were winners of the 2024 Tan Kah Kee Young Inventors’ Award, and this achievement marks another proud milestone in their journey.
Beyond the awards, our students gained an enriching experience—engaging in idea exchanges with peers from across China (including Hong Kong and Macau) and Malaysia, while sharpening their Mandarin conversational skills in an authentic, real-world setting.
