Thank you for supporting TKKF, please refer to the Terms & Conditions on how your donation will be used and how we care for your information.

  1. General

All donations will be used to support the mission and programmes of the organisation. While we will make every reasonable effort to honour donors’ preferences for designated purposes, the organisation reserves the right to reallocate funds where necessary, including where the specified purpose has been fulfilled, is no longer viable, or where greater needs arise.

  1. Donation Methods

We accept donations through various methods, including but not limited to online payment, bank transfer, cheque, PayNow, and corporate giving arrangements. All transactions are processed through secure and authorised channels.

For cheque donations, please write in to operations@singaporetkkf.com.sg

  1. Donation Confirmation & Receipts

Upon successful donation, donors will receive a confirmation and an official receipt (where applicable). Donors are responsible for providing accurate personal or corporate details (e.g. NRIC/FIN/UEN) for receipt issuance.

  1. Tax Deductibility (IPC Status)

As an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) in Singapore, eligible donations may qualify for tax deduction in accordance with prevailing regulations by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

Tax deductions will generally be automatically included in the donor’s tax assessment based on the identification number provided (e.g. NRIC/FIN/UEN), where applicable.
If donors do not provide the required identification details, tax deduction cannot be processed.

Donors may choose to opt out of receiving tax deduction at the point of donation. In such cases, the donation will be treated as non-tax-deductible, and no tax claim will be submitted.

  1. Corporate Donations

We welcome donations from corporate entities. For corporate donors, tax deductions (where applicable) will be accorded based on the company’s Unique Entity Number (UEN) provided, in accordance with IRAS guidelines.

6. Designated Donations

Donors may indicate a preferred programme or purpose for their donation. While we will endeavour to apply the donation accordingly, the organisation retains full discretion over the use of funds to ensure effective deployment and alignment with organisational priorities.

  1. Refund Policy

All donations are non-refundable once processed. In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate transactions or processing errors, donors may contact us within a reasonable timeframe for review.

  1. Recurring Donations (if applicable)

For recurring donations, donors authorise the organisation to charge the selected donation amount at the specified frequency. Donors may amend or cancel their recurring donation arrangement by providing prior notice.

  1. Personal Data Protection & Communications

All personal data provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

By providing their contact details, donors consent to the organisation using their information for donation processing, tax reporting, and communication purposes, including updates, newsletters, and marketing or outreach materials.

Donors may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting the organisation directly.
